Support the Global Key Account Manager, developing a strong working relationship with key customer contacts. Professionally manage the customers’ expectations and requirements towards best-in-class and build up solid knowledge about the market and the customer’s business. A high-degree of customer contact to improve service through service roadmaps are key factors enabling us to have maximum leverage to win design ins and to achieve maximum potential sales and customer satisfaction performance with a particular Key Account.
