Role Overview: Manage the production to assure cost effective, on-time manufacturing of quality products within customer specifications in order to meet commitments and reach sales targets. Co-ordinate production process activities based on the production planning and in close cooperation with the other operational functions in the plant.Job specifics: Manage the production processes on a day-to-day basis, ensuring timely and cost effective manufacturing of qualitative, high value products to meet customer requirements and satisfaction Work in close cooperation with the OHSE department to assume zero accident and to daily improve the safety level in the production area. Develop and follow-up/implement continuous improvements to production processes to efficiently utilize resources Analyse, define and implement technical and organizational optimization of low value products With the support of Shift Leaders and Projects Manager, direct, plan and supervise the maintenance of plant, facilities and equipment to keep quality levels Work in close cooperation with other department to meet agreed production schedules, lead time respect, quality agreements, cost effective production and commercial budgets Key performance indicators: OHSE accident rate Scrap rate Machine productivity, OEE ...
