PPD is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Management professional to join our team of professionals in Paris. The new incumbent will provide strategic direction and leadership within the region to secure the successful completion of clinical deliverables within all studies carried out by our French operations.   Tasks & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provides strategic direction and leadership within a region to secure the successful completion of clinical deliverables within all studies for the country. Has overall responsibility for line management, selection, training, coaching and performance management of Clinical Managers and Clinical Administration across France. Immediate supervision over a region where the majority of the time is spent assigning, reviewing, checking work and eliminating ordinary difficulties. Recommends candidates for hiring, termination; prepares and conducts performance appraisals and salary reviews, and applies company policies. Accountable for functional management of Clinical Managers to ensure successful execution of all clinical deliverables within assigned project(s).
