  principales          The FP&A Cash & Balance sheet Leader will have global responsibility for Cash (CFOA and TCG), working closely with the CEO, CFO and FP&A manager to drive overall business performance. Cash is a top priority at Power Conversion and this role will provide great exposure and learning. The role will involve developing cross-functional processes and operating rhythms to help the Power Conversion business achieve global Cash targets, while understanding the interdependencies of operations on the balance sheet. This role will be integral in leading the FP&A planning cycles and setting targets, performing analytics and reporting business performance. This role will help contribute to the overall strategy of the Power Conversion business. Demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise.
