Your responsibilities will include:- Drive and supervise HQ Help Desk, supporting HQ internal and external users - Drive and supervise desktop, handheld devices, user and print services and office automation services, covering installation,   moves, additions and changes to all HQ IS users - Operate Front End security systems and guarantee the application of security rules and policies within Helpdesk and end-user   devices & solutions area - Operate a nearly trouble-free (zero defect service operation) information system due to quality, completeness and deadline  requests and costs in accordance to the service level agreements (SLA) whilst identifying additional potential improvements for   consolidation and harmonization across Front Office Operations in line with company improvement programmes - Determine the HQ user support vision and direction, negotiating and agreeing this in front of all business functions and external   organizations at Executive levels - Optimize Help Desk and Desktop services approaches to ensure that value adding, customer focused and best practice   services are delivered through the combination of internal and external resources, re-aligning third party contracts as necessary - Ensure Front Office Operations availability and performance is secu ...
