Your responsibilities will include:- Establish and maintain the transparency of IT costs, volumes, service levels & risks - Drive the IT Sourcing strategy & follow-up compliance- Ensure execution of the IT resource and program plan, incorporating Capacity balancing, Operational & project Program plan,   Risk management, Financial follow-up & reporting- Establish & run the IT improvement program drumbeat, ensuring planned improvement initiatives deliver expected benefits and   that new costs challenge initiatives are launched- Set-up and maintain the roadmap & evolution of operational software & IT contracts- Manage the relationship between IT and the business functions for Budget & Master Plan, Project, Service performance &   Asset Prioritization, CIO & Function Asset reporting, crisis follow-up and communication- Manage the request and delivery process for all IT devices, acting as focal point towards the business & suppliers for all   associated activities- Manage the planning & deployment of IT devices aligned with business requirements, through management of IT stock &   refresh/growth - Provide management support to the Head of HQ IT in daily operational tasks - Federate all contributors to build, maintain and improve the IT catalog of services- Guarantee IT Services ...
