The Human Services Industry Operations Program Lead contributes to the development of the Human Services Industry program strategy in conjunction with the industry managing director and other industry leadersand leads the execution of the strategy by driving various given programs/projects to ensure growth and operational efficiency   •      Interface with Senior Executives on behalf of Human Services Industry leadership.  Serves as the primary liaison to industry managing director. •      Define and develop project business case and projects to realize value targets and track progress against the project's objectives. •      Gain approval and sponsorship for project design, project recommendations and project resolutions with key stakeholders. •      Define and analyze Human Services Industry program metrics, business development targets and strategic imperatives based on organization plans •      Set up Human Services Industry program structure to enable desired outcomes Identify issues/barriers to growth; articulate recommendations and resolutions directly or formulate        appropriate leadership response. •      Conduct operational program assessments across Human Services Industry program to identify inefficiencies and laun ...
