  This position is key for the success of our Transport signalling projects.   Reporting to the IXL Domain Manager within the Transport Information Solutions Engineering Organisation (TIS), your main missions as IXL Domain Leader will be:  Establish & commit on Work Package. Manage the execution of a Work Package according to commitments.   Responsibilities To define WP by analysing and validate the necessary means (internal or external) for WP execution with his hierarchical manager. Analysis is done on the basis of the WP Tender. Means are defined as people, training, materials, subcontractors. To manage risks, opportunities & evolutions. (Opportunities mainly in terms of costs, while maintaining quality). To report periodically on results and main issues on WP following standard (Gap analysis)  To participate to Project Work Package Reviews organised by functional responsible of Work package. To propose/argue WP closure to Operation Manager, when QCD commitments are done. Exigences   Your profile:   Engineer with at least 5/8-year experience, you have good knowledges in Signalling, System architecture, Process and platforming, T&C and/or Installation, Integration and Testing activities.
