Your challenge   Your qualification Responsibility for commercial and technical management of the company, the economic control of the local business results and for the coordination of all plant activities Development of a business plan for short-term and medium-term strategy Continuous improvement and further development of the organization Additional role as Manager Sales France and LCIA international customers Expansion of the product range and development of major customers for medium-term growth Active participation in international LEONI networks and driving of synergies   Diploma or university degree in Engineering, Science or Economics or equivalent  educational background Several years of experience in general management positions and international sales All-rounder with experience in the fields of QM, Production, Product Calculation, Finance & Controlling, Purchasing and People Management Good analytical skills and ability to think and act laterally Distinct intercultural proficiency and ability to convince in international functional teams Business fluent French, English required, German appreciated ...
