The Product Line Contract Manager, in coordination with the Project Managers, Project Directors and Product Line General Managers, has responsibility to support product line commercial activities and to assist Project Management teams in defining and assuming responsibility and monitoring all project commercial activities from hand-over from sales until all relevant commercial obligations are complete and all relevant commercial issues are resolved / settled.   Responsibilities   The Product Line Contract Manager is responsible for: Supporting the project execution start-up through contract analysis for General Terms & Conditions. Implement, when necessary, specific solutions (process, tools) to satisfy project’s commercial obligations. Identification of customer/consortium and other third-party obligations. Help Project Management teams in developing and implementing the Project Execution Strategy in such respect. Liaise with Project Planning to ensure the production and maintenance of schedules able to support Project Execution Strategy,  including monitoring of penalty exposures.
