The Project Manager has the responsibility to fulfill the NUPB project contractual obligations towards a customer in full respect of the project management processes and to deliver project financial performance objectives.       Mission Measurement: Financial performance of the project On time delivery Customer satisfaction Reliability of the financial projection and reporting Quality of the deliverables     Responsibilities: During the project execution, he/she leads a multi-disciplinary project team and is particularly in charge and accountable for: implementing the overall project strategy approved by the Management. managing the client relationship for all subjects relative to the contract execution delivering project budget and financial indicators: gross margin, cash level, revenue recognition, … issuing project contractual deliverables and time schedule management (MS project skills). managing project risks and opportunities ensuring claim management and achievement coordinating project procurement/Expedting ensuring project deliverables quality ensuring project communication and reporting  In addition he/she could participate at the tender stage to the offer preparation up to the final  negotiation.
