Responsible of the timely & quality delivery of all technical documents (drawings & MTO when required) for part of projects, tenders and internal developments under the responsibility of the Lead Draftsman. Assist the Lead Draftsman when required Can act as Lead Draftsman when required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General: • Promote team Spirit within the project team • Supervise drafting deliverables issue under his/her responsibility • Participate to the definition of technical solutions with Engineers and Lead Draftsman • Develop fabrication drawings and installation sketches on time and on quality, based on projects requirements • Organise and follow drawings folders as assigned by Lead Draftsman • Attend to discipline meeting • Can participate or assist on site to fabrication and offshore operations when owner of this role description agrees Resource Management: • Co-ordinate all assigned Draftsmen to the scope of work he/she is in charge of • Participate to the training of trainee, Junior Draftsmen & Draftsman • Participate to discipline personnel appraisal on an annual basis • Manage different technical skills within his/her group of Draftsman Drafting expertise: • Assist to development and maintenance of standard work procedures and guidelines • Is aware ...
