To execute and lead the mechanical design of NUHX products.    Mission Measurement: Number of deliverables changes OTD Responsibilities: The Senior Mechanical Engineer / Designer is responsible of:  Executing and leading if required the analytical and numerical mechanical calculations for the sizing of products Planning, supervising and checking subcontracted calculations. Leading drafting activities. Checking the documentation and notes sent to clients, Executing the mechanical design of products taking into account client specifications and directives, internal guidelines, design instructions, input data and conception rules, Working in interface with Thermal team and Manufacturing quality team for design optimization, Preparing the conception rules updating (internal standards, codes …) Providing proposals for design improvement and cost reduction     Position in the Organisation Network & Links: Internal contacts: Engineering Director, Project Engineering Managers, Products Engineering Managers, Project Manager, Supply Chain and Procurement, Tendering, other ALSTOM entities.     External contacts: Suppliers, Customers.
