This Quality Program Manage MBB resource will be supporting Field QBE Engagement across the EMEA region, in close partnership with User Experience I. The right candidate will also play a key leadership role in the Transformation process, coordinating work across all QBE teams to ensure strong alignment to MSIT investments across the different client groups.This Master Black Belt resource will also provide mentorship to Black Belts by sharing best practices and knowledge around Six Sigma tools & methodologies, project management and team leadership, plus mentoring skills for Green Belts and their projects. This right resource must be able to quickly understand the business in order to recommend improved, strategic and sustainable solutions as well as identify further opportunities for improvement. Master Black Belts will partner closely with senior leadership in their home organization and their business partner organizations, Operations and Services. This demands high proficiency in clear communication, navigating political landscapes, change management, and the ability to effectively influence with limited authority.
