Is involved in the pre-sales process, where the solutions developer focusses on fact finding and is the expert to help build value & drive ownership conversion and outsourcing services. The solution developer bundles the many growth opportunities and aim to converting them to business through a professional and data driven approach. Converting ‘ownership’ means • Through a consultative approach, grow revenue in the targeted customer segments, through higher share of wallet and/or increased services, by adding direct value (cost savings and/or increased profitability) to their business • Lead the qualification to implementation process, in close collaboration with the responsible Account Manager and in close cooperation with the Product Managers and the Operations teams • Shares best practices with Account Managers, drives a team environment in which sales teams learn from each other and ideas are shared, helping to target within their own region & markets • Create winning solution ...
