• Develop the Market Access strategy and action plans connected with strategic roadmap LifeScan in Western Europe. • Identify synergies between Lifescan, Janssen EMEA and MDD EMEA Government Affairs. • Monitor and shape the environment, identifying risks and opportunities in reimbursement and funding (tenders, pricing negotiations or formularies listing) and setting ad-hoc plans to address them efficiently. • Develop Value Propositions (VP) and Market Access (MA) solutions/tools to support reimbursement, funding (tenders and pricing negotiations) and marketing of new and existing products. • Designs or sources health economic projects to optimize messaging and favorable perception/adoption of products/technologies/procedures as required. • Prepare and execute appropriate training for VP and MA tools deployment at local level • Develop and lead high performing project teams in an international environment. • Facilitate best-practice sharing and implementation at Regional level, cross-Regionally and across Emerging Market countries. • Coordinate with local Market Access and Strategic Affairs teams to support submissions to Health Technology Assessment Agencies and institutions, • Works closely with Medical Affairs EMEA; gives input into the Evidence ...
