Main mission : Manage maintenance of production machines (mainly electric devices auto assembly lines and thermoplastic molding machines) of our factory of 500 people in 3 shifts.Take under control the availability of industrial tool and the improvement of its performance in a right cost management.Your first mission should be to define, structure then implement a TPM approach in the workshop with a special focus on team leadership.Main activities : •    Manage a team of 15 to 20 people in 3x8•    Define, structure then implement a TPM approach with a special focus on team leadership•    Operate breakdown maintenance with the just reactivity•    Develop, realize preventive and predictive maintenance plane with production team•    Manage skills of the team•    Get under control periodic check of production and logistic equipment•    Propose improvement on material.
