    My client is an innovative, forward-thinking Layer1 project positioned at the exciting intersection of Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company has been building at this intersection for a while, before the ChatGPT hype, yet has been focused on building the tech, focusing less on marketing and events. In order to position itself as a market leader in the AI narrative, the company wants to establish a flagship event, similar to what Yield Guild Games did in the gaming field with its YGG Web3 Games Summit. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Chief of Crypto Events (m/f/d), who can build out an amazing conference as well as affiliated satellite events. The main event will take place in Europe. Therefore, the candidate must be based in one of the major European hubs like Paris, London, Amsterdam or Frankfurt.

    1. Event Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with the company's global expansion goals
    • Plan, organize, and oversee virtual and in-person satellite events
    • Ensure seamless execution, from concept to post-event analysis
  • Global Promotion:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and PR team to create buzz around the clients blockchain innovations
    • Leverage your network to attract thought leaders, industry experts, and potential partners
  • Content Creation:
    • Curate compelling event content, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, and workshops
    • Foster engaging conversations on topics such as decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and AI-driven solutions
    • Drive thought leadership through thought-provoking satellite sessions
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, investors, and community members
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event goals with business objectives
    • Represent our company at industry conferences and meetups
    • Secure event sponsors to support the event organization
  • Metrics and ROI:
    • Define success metrics for the main event as well as the side events and measure their impact
    • Optimize event ROI by analyzing attendee engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility
    • Continuously improve event processes based on data-driven insights

    Anforderungsprofil

    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in event management, with a focus on tech events
    • Leadership: Successfully led international tech events organized by event market leaders with global reach
    • Blockchain and AI: Familiarity with blockchain technology, AI applications, and their convergence
    • Location: Based in Paris, Amsterdam, London or Berlin
    • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and create memorable experiences
    • Collaborative: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Hardworking individual thriving in a challenging environment and looking to go the extra mile
