In this role you will learn Molex solutions and apply technical insight to address customer needs, building a network across Europe. You will support inquiries, engage in campaigns, and collaborate with Sales Engineers and other teams to grow business. The position offers a steep learning curve, international exposure, and opportunities to advance in a global electronics company. You will help translate customer requirements into valuable opportunities while developing your sales career.
Responsabilités
- Understand end customer technical needs and present Molex solutions with technical information and samples
- Support customers via inbound calls and emails for technical questions
- Follow up on exhibitions and marketing leads and participate in events
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to support customer visits and meetings
- Proactively work on campaigns and prospect new business and markets
- Coordinate with marketing, product management and colleagues to expand network and knowledge of Molex
Principales exigences
- Good technical understanding and basic knowledge in electronics
- Effective communication skills to express ideas and exchange information
- Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in creating new business opportunities
- Ability to think creatively and apply digital sales tactics
- Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration and engaging customers
- Fluent in German and English
