Experteer Overview

As AVP, Brand Engagement you will lead the transformation of NYX’s brand narrative across social, influencer, and advocacy channels. You’ll guide a cross-functional team to develop consumer-centric content and scalable engagement programs that deepen loyalty and reach. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize content, and measure impact, partnering with marketing, product, PR, and events to deliver a cohesive brand experience. This role offers strategic influence and the chance to shape how NYX connects with customers at scale.

Responsabilités

  • Set and drive the brand’s social, advocacy, and influencer strategy across earned, owned, and paid channels
  • Develop social and influencer plans to grow brand love and an engaged community and recruit new consumers
  • Manage social presence, content creation, and community management efforts; tailor content by channel
  • Use social listening and market analysis to identify trends and inform engagement initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure the brand achieves top-of-mind influence and engagement
  • Lead internal and external teams for US rollout of strategy & execution across paid, earned, and owned content
  • Collaborate with product marketing to execute digital content tactics and advocacy programs aligned to business goals
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, product, and customer service for a unified brand experience
  • Partner with shopper/digital, PR, events to develop innovative consumer engagement and content-to-commerce efforts
  • Build relationships with stakeholders; manage social, influencer, and advocacy budgets
  • Provide data-driven recommendations from internal/external sources (CMI reporting, retailer reports) and boost strategy with paid media
  • Liaise with DMI to ensure US plan reflects global brand vision and communicate consumer insights back to DMI
  • Support launches, always-on activities, and growth of consumer touchpoints across channels

Principales exigences

  • Seven+ years of marketing experience with emphasis on digital, social, influencer, and PR
  • College degree
  • Deep knowledge of digital platforms and trends in channel performance
  • Experience executing digital and social campaigns from awareness to conversion
  • Proven experience in brand communications, community management, and advocacy programs
  • Creative content strategy and social media campaign development
  • CRM best practices and benchmarks knowledge
  • Experience managing and developing a team and onboarding new social platforms/frameworks
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Budget management experience for social, influencer, and advocacy initiatives
