In this role, you lead Chanel's global intranet platforms, ensuring robust, secure, and user-centric internal websites and spaces. You’ll partner with Global Internal Communication and IT Corporate Functions to define strategy, governance, and a one-stop intranet experience. You’ll explore AI-enabled capabilities to elevate the Digital Employee Experience and drive adoption across worldwide teams. You will operate the portfolio globally, balancing reliability, security, and evolving workplace needs.

Responsabilités

Define and govern the global intranet strategy across entities
Design and run the service offering with a robust, scalable approach
Guide entities toward operational excellence and full ownership of spaces
Stay ahead of intranet trends and leverage new solutions (AI/Agentic capabilities)
Operate platforms globally to support communication and collaboration solutions
Ensure day-to-day operations align with SLA commitments and time zones
Implement service-oriented incident handling, security, compliance, and documentation
Manage project portfolio, governance, dashboards, and reporting
Provide L2/L3 support and lifecycle management
Coordinate licensing, FinOps, and governance for intranet solutions
Collaborate with Global Cybersecurity to ensure data governance and GDPR compliance
Capitalize on LumApps partnership and extend service, including China Mainland readiness
Identify and evaluate technologies (LumApps, SharePoint Online) for each use case
Lead Global Intranet Center of Excellence and Proofs of Concept
Work with ITSM teams to improve service management via ServiceNow

Principales exigences

Minimum 5 years of global service ownership or platform management in intranet/digital workplace
End-to-end accountability from vision to operations
Strong governance, security, and compliance experience
Experience managing Centers of Excellence or deployment programs
Deep technical expertise in LumApps, SharePoint Online, React frontend, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SAML/SSO, Akamai, web analytics
Bachelor in Computer Engineering or equivalent, agile project management
Fluent English; ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
