Experteer Overview

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at ICON Biotech, you will oversee multicenter trial activities to ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. You’ll monitor sites, conduct visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accurate data collection and trial execution. You will train site staff and build strong relationships to support smooth operations. This role offers the chance to influence trial quality within a leading biotech-focused CRO and travel across Italy to sites.

Responsabilités

Monitor trial sites to ensure protocol, regulatory, and GCP compliance
Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and support trial execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting
Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs
Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to enable smooth operations

Principales exigences

Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
Certification (Italian Law)
Extensive CRA experience with strong knowledge of trial processes and regulations
Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organization and problem-solving skills
Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management; proficiency in clinical trial software and tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and drive compliance in a complex environment
Ability to travel across Italy as required (car/train/flight)
