- leadership experience managing a development team
- ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- experience with or exposure to frontend stack (React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Apollo) and AWS is a plus
- ability to drive architectural and coding standards
- effective communication and stakeholder management
