As Digital Embellishment Sales Specialist, you drive growth for MGI product lines in Commercial and Industrial Print by strengthening existing customer relationships and guiding cross-functional sales efforts. You will support Direct/Dealer/Canada channels, coach a team of sales associates, and lead demand-generation activities to hit quota. You’ll collaborate with sales leaders and project teams to ensure customer success and profitability, delivering measurable impact and value in a fast-evolving market.
Responsabilités
- Support an assigned team of salespeople and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product growth
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and profitability targets for the product lines
- Provide coaching and professional development to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- Lead demand-generation activities in target markets for the product specialty
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customer contacts
- Coordinate involvement of internal resources to support customers and opportunities
- Respond to customer support requirements including account management and service coordination
- Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- May support a specific geography or named account teams
Principales exigences
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum six years of B2B sales experience in a large/strategic customer segment or proven Account Manager track record
- 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Communications and Industrial Print
