In this role you lead Adobe’s Digital Media Enterprise Sales in Western Europe, driving growth and building a high-performing team. You will guide front-line managers and account executives while aligning GTM strategy with executive stakeholders. Your work shapes how large customers adopt Digital Media solutions, delivering predictable revenue and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll influence regional strategy and contribute to global goals, leading transformation in a fast-growing market.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee Digital Media Enterprise Sales performance and strategy for Western Europe
  • Lead and develop front-line managers and their account teams
  • Align with executive leadership to define offerings and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive predictable, sustainable revenue growth and meet targets
  • Identify and grow opportunities within key accounts
  • Optimize day-to-day sales activities to improve revenue conversion
  • Coordinate with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Global teams
  • Foster transparency, collaboration, and retention of top talent
  • Provide market insight to regional and global leadership on trends and needs

Principales exigences

  • Strong second-line sales management experience with enterprise teams
  • Direct software sales experience (not consulting or services)
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • C-level negotiation experience and ability to close transformational deals
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed organization
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Track record of bringing in new business and scaling opportunities
  • Strong people leadership and accountability culture
  • Data-driven decision-making with strategic and operational excellence
