In this role, you design and scale data-driven retention strategies to deepen customer engagement and lifetime value. You will bridge data, marketing, product, and merchandising to ensure insights-led, seamless execution of retention initiatives. You lead multi-channel campaigns and loyalty programs for residential and B2B customers, driving sustained engagement. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize lifecycle marketing and directly influence growth and customer outcomes.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and execute a CRM and Lifecycle marketing strategy to boost engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push) with QA, deployment, and performance monitoring
  • Design and launch loyalty programs and initiatives to increase subscriber engagement and LTV
  • Oversee CRM platform management and integration with marketing and data systems
  • Coordinate with product, merchandising, marketing and analytics teams to create campaigns using Braze features, dynamic content, and personalization
  • Own retention calendar and briefing/coordination with merchandising; partner with creative/content teams on messaging
  • Partner with analytics to define campaign KPIs and ensure consistent measurement
  • Monitor and optimize program performance via data-driven insights and A/B testing
  • Lead and mentor a junior CRM coordinator; manage operational KPIs and report to leadership
  • Serve as Braze expert to maximize platform potential

Principales exigences

  • 8+ years in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing with proven retention success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Deep familiarity with Braze (Connected Content, Content Blocks, Canvas, Segment integrations)
  • Experience in marketing operations and scaling campaign processes
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Excellent project management and multi initiative prioritization
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based industries desired
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations in email marketing
