Experteer Overview

In this role you will be Quintech’s frontline technical advocate, combining hands-on support with strong customer service. You will install, maintain, and upgrade systems at customer sites, and provide on-site or remote help to ensure successful deployments. You’ll act as the main client contact, gathering feedback and enabling collaboration with sales and engineering. The position offers meaningful impact by shaping customer experiences and feeding improvements back to internal teams. A key hook is working across hardware, software, and services to drive reliable outcomes for clients.

Responsabilités

Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of systems (hardware and software)
Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure successful deployment and operation
Serve as primary point of contact for customers with professionalism and technical insight
Liaise between customers and internal teams (sales and engineering) to communicate feedback and identify opportunities
Document service activities, system performance, and customer feedback clearly and promptly
Support technical training and onboarding for customers as needed
Travel to US-based customers up to 75%
Perform other duties as assigned and follow company policies

Principales exigences

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer science or equivalent
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Solid computer science fundamentals (logic, discrete math, algorithms, data structures)
