You will lead and coach a sales team across the territory, shaping strategies to hit quotas and grow revenue. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and implement programs that boost acquisition and retention. Responsabilités
- Primary liaison for Exclusive Retail sub-agent partners, admins, and owners/operators
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed territory quotas
- Build and maintain strong agent relationships and drive collaboration on objectives
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor activities, provide feedback, and develop agents
- Promote sales programs and promotions to grow revenue and customer base
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, outside vendors, and Total by Verizon teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to coach sub-agents
Principales exigences
- Proven Field Sales Manager or similar leadership role in telecommunications or dealer/sub-agent channel
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales team to achieve targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Customer-focused with solid CRM and sales process understanding
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and work evenings/weekends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience preferred
- Associates degree with 3–5 years retail management acceptable
