As a Financial Analyst at Melaleuca, you will evaluate the financial viability of new products, promotions and initiatives while guiding profit-improvement efforts. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Forecasting & Planning, and Cost/Financial Accounting to drive performance and strategic alignment. The role involves developing budgets, tracking performance, and presenting insights to the President and management. You will shape operational efficiency through data-driven analysis in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités
- Analyze financial viability of new projects, products and promotions
- Independently assess proposed initiatives for financial justification
- Develop annual expense plans and monitor monthly performance
- Create key performance metrics for non-financial managers
- Identify and report on business indicators impacting growth and profitability
- Provide analytical support to key managers
- Lead category teams and departments in profit-improvement initiatives
Principales exigences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (with exceptional academic performance)
- 3+ years as a financial analyst
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering high-quality financial analysis
- Strong financial knowledge and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Superior communication skills
- Advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI or Tableau skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and accurate work
- Relocation to Idaho Falls, ID and office presence 5 days a week
