In this role you drive the development and deployment of engineering functionalities within PLM systems for Damen Naval. You will enable engineering teams, streamline complex processes, and boost operational efficiency across naval programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve usability, manage configurations, and deliver training while supporting legacy Cadmatic efforts. This position offers a hands-on impact on cutting-edge shipbuilding projects in a secure, military-relevant environment.

Responsabilités

Translate complex engineering processes into functional specifications
Collaborate with engineers, IT and stakeholders to enhance usability and performance
Lead application improvements, drive configuration activities
Manage user roles, system access, and integration of new functionalities
Maintain and develop parametric parts, technical specifications, and data catalogs
Provide hands-on user support and coordinate training
Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and user manuals
Optionally support Cadmatic (Outfitting) in legacy projects
