As General Manager, you will lead contracted services for a client, overseeing operations to meet revenue and service goals. You will manage client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while optimizing financial performance. You’ll build and mentor a management team to deliver service excellence, and you’ll partner with finance to improve productivity. This role offers the chance to shape operations across diverse service lines and have a direct impact on client outcomes.

Responsabilités

Lead a team providing operational expertise and hands-on execution management of contracted services.
Manage client and community relationships, assess operations, and develop plans to optimize service and satisfaction.
Build and lead a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
In partnership with Finance, manage a budget and design improvements to optimize financial performance and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain records and reports.
Ensure adherence to Aramark standards of operation, safety, and Business Conduct Policy.

Principales exigences

Bachelor's degree level education (preferred in relevant fields)
Strong client and customer service focus; entrepreneurial mindset
Savvy interpersonal skills for communication with clients and senior management
Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements
Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality
Proven ability to lead through other managers
Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
