As Global Head AI and Data Privacy Legal, you guide the legal framework for AI and privacy across the organization. You lead a multinational team to shape enterprise AI governance and ensure compliant use of data and AI technologies. You translate evolving global laws into practical guidance, manage risk, and lead incident responses in cyber and data privacy events. You work cross-functionally to influence policy, coordinate with regulators, and support responsible, ethics-driven AI initiatives.

Responsabilités

Lead and develop the global Data Privacy and AI Legal team and align with DPDAI within ERC
Develop, implement, and maintain AI and data privacy policies and procedures
Provide strategic legal guidance on AI use cases and data privacy to internal stakeholders
Manage external counsel for AI and data privacy matters
Conduct risk assessments for AI, data privacy, and cybersecurity in collaboration with DPDAI, IT, and business units
Design and deliver training on AI and data privacy requirements
Oversee legal response to AI-related incidents and data breaches in cybersecurity contexts
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated AI and data privacy approaches and policy influence
Prepare and present compliance and incident reports to senior management and authorities

Principales exigences

University degree in law; bar admission highly preferred
Proven experience with AI (EU AI Act) and data privacy, including cybersecurity aspects and ethics in a multinational setting
Extensive experience assessing AI systems from legal/compliance perspective (risk, audits, transparency, lifecycle governance)
Multiple years of team leadership for lawyers
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills for complex legal issues
Certifications related to AI ethics, compliance, and CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM are required
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
