As ICT Manufacturing Manager, you will drive the Digital Transformation program to design, implement, and scale the Group Digital Factory. You will own governance, lifecycle, and standardization of digital manufacturing platforms across plants, ensuring secure, scalable solutions. You will lead strategic initiatives, align with business and operations, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver repeatable deployments. This role offers high impact in accelerating manufacturing digitalization within a multinational, sustainability-focused group.

Responsabilités

Own evolution, governance and lifecycle of Digital Factory systems across manufacturing plants
Drive standardization of manufacturing applications and processes at Group level
Define and steer technology roadmap for manufacturing platforms (architecture, infrastructure, security)
Contribute to governance and service models for factory systems
Oversee rollout of the Digital Factory model enabling scalable deployments
Lead strategic manufacturing initiatives as senior program owner, coordinating teams and partners
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of programs including delivery quality, cost, and risk
Collaborate with Digital Manufacturing team to prioritize demand across plants
Interface with Business Process Owners, plant stakeholders and global ICT teams to translate needs into scalable digital solutions
Ensure service continuity and reliability of manufacturing platforms with internal and external providers

Principales exigences

Degree in relevant field
Strong experience in ICT Manufacturing / Digital Factory, multinational context preferred
Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Operations processes (manufacturing, industrialization, planning, logistics, quality) with exposure to Lean / WCM
Proven experience with MES/MOM platforms and Industrial Systems; IT/OT integration (ISA‑95, industrial architectures)
Knowledge of telecommunications, infrastructure and security architectures
Proven ability to lead transformation programs and manage stakeholders in complex international environments
Strong leadership, ownership mindset and change-driving ability
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Fluent in Italian and English
Travel availability
Location: Fabriano (hybrid)
