As ICT Microsoft Platform Services Leader, you will steer the Microsoft infrastructure operations and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, secure and compliant services. You’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners, aligning with enterprise standards while driving automation and performance metrics. The role sits in the ICT department and supports a global, sustainability‑oriented group landscape. You will partner with architecture and security teams to deliver scalable, compliant Microsoft platform services with a strong focus on service excellence.

Responsabilités
- Lead the operations team for Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises/Online, certificate lifecycle, File & Print, DNS, DHCP, GPO and Power Platform & Copilot
- Ensure stability, continuity and performance of Microsoft platform services
- Oversee incident, problem and change management processes
- Coordinate with vendors for 3rd level support and handle escalations
- Collaborate with Architecture Team to implement designs and standards
- Monitor and improve service KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics
- Drive operational automation, standardization and documentation
- Manage relationships with vendors and external support teams
- Support audit, compliance and security requirements
Principales exigences
- Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline
- At least 6 years in Microsoft infrastructure operations in complex enterprises
- Minimum 2 years in leadership or coordination
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, Windows infra, Power Platform, Copilot)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; German a plus
