In this role you drive innovation projects in fertilisers, biostimulants, and related technical areas within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused company. You will shape the innovation roadmap and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate science into commercially viable products. You engage with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to scout technologies and support launch-ready concepts. The role offers high visibility within an entrepreneurial culture and exposure to strategic innovation initiatives with international reach.

Responsabilités

Lead and support innovation projects across fertilisers, biostimulants and related technical product categories
Contribute to the development and structuring of the innovation roadmap and long-term product pipeline
Identify and evaluate new technologies, raw materials, concepts and external partnership opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional development activities with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Purchasing and external partners
Act as an internal technical referent for fertiliser and biostimulant-related topics
Support technical discussions relating to sourcing, product optimisation and development feasibility
Monitor market trends, technological developments and competitive innovation activity across Europe
Represent the company externally with suppliers, innovation partners and technical stakeholders
Contribute to the development of internal processes and ways of working within the growing innovation team
Support the progression of selected concepts from ideation through to commercial launch

Principales exigences

Degree-qualified in Agronomy, Plant Science, Chemistry, Formulation Science, Innovation Management or a related scientific discipline
Experience in fertilisers, plant nutrition, biostimulants or related sectors
Experience managing cross-functional innovation, development or product-related projects
Strong technical understanding of fertiliser and/or biostimulant technologies
Ability to coordinate across technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills internally and externally
Commercial awareness with scientific curiosity and an innovation mindset
Comfort operating in an evolving, fast-paced environment
Fluent English; French advantageous
