As Integration Platform Director, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and operation of L’Oréal’s integration platforms. You’ll align architecture with standards, drive global and local platform lifecycle, and ensure secure, scalable data flows. You will mentor teams, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and shape real-time integration capabilities across SAP, SaaS apps, and cloud-native services. This role offers scope to influence digital transformation at scale and work with cutting-edge iPaaS and cloud technologies.

Responsabilités

Define and optimize the integration platform to meet architectural standards, capacity, availability, and performance targets.
Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of local and global integration platforms, including planning, deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and operations.
Establish development standards, governance, and best practices for reliability, security, and performance of integrated solutions.
Architect and redesign end-to-end cloud and hybrid infrastructure to support critical apps and integration patterns.
Implement robust messaging, event-driven architecture and data streaming for real-time data exchange.
Provide technical leadership as SME for integration platform topics, plus requirements gathering, bug analysis, and technical specifications.
Monitor and evolve the core integration framework, adopting new technologies and business needs.
Deliver technical training and mentorship to developers and operations teams; promote best practices for the integration platform.
Coordinate with global master team and Network & Infra IT to ensure alignment and secure integration across diverse environments.
Drive CI/CD initiatives with GIT and Azure DevOps; manage Azure services (AKS, Blob Storage, Files, Event Hub, Service Bus) and iPaaS tools like Workato.

Principales exigences

BS or equivalent degree with 10+ years of IT experience
Experience with iPaaS, ESB, API & EDA management solutions
CI/CD/DevOps experience and Azure/AWS/GCP familiarity
Proven integration of SAP S/4HANA and multiple SaaS apps
Experience with ESB/API gateway tech (e.g., TIBCO, Apigee, Kafka)
Knowledge of API formats (SOAP/REST), JSON, MFT, Pub/Sub, Webhooks, EDA
OAuth2/JWT/SAML/API key security knowledge
AZURE cloud services expertise (AKS, Blob, Event Hub, Service Bus) and DevOps practices
Strong communication and global/stakeholder management experience
