In this role you drive the adoption and success of Radiometer’s digital solutions within hospitals. You’ll support tender submissions, manage AQURE projects, and perform upgrades and troubleshooting for the installed base, shaping IT-driven patient care improvements. Working with sales, you map hospital IT processes, engage customers, and present solutions to strengthen relationships and revenue. You’ll operate in a remote Benelux role, enabling impactful, cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités
- Support tender submissions with information on Radiometer digital solutions
- Lead AQURE projects according to sales contracts and scope
- Perform routine upgrades, migrations, module upgrades, add-on connections, and ongoing troubleshooting for AQURE installed base
- Assist sales teams in mapping hospital IT processes and requirements; participate in customer meetings and presentations
- Promote Radiometer products and services during customer interactions
- Support customers to impact patient care in hospitals
Principales exigences
- Core technical skills around interfacing and software implementation
- Experience in delivering technical solutions and communicating with customers to meet expectations
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is desirable
- Competent project management and planning skills with ability to develop solutions for new feature delivery
- Experience with data management and IT infrastructure in hospitals
