Experteer Overview
As a JavaScript Consultant, you will join a leading digital consultancy to shape and deliver software initiatives for new and existing clients. You will lead propositions, help win work, and drive project execution across the full software lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with clients, translate business strategies into solutions, and participate in strategic meetings as a trusted partner. Expect work on complex products with UX, architecture, and scale considerations, and regular travel with a hybrid work style.

Responsabilités
- Lead and shape new propositions to win work
- Execute projects across the software development lifecycle
- Act as primary client contact and translate business strategy into solutions
- Participate in strategic meetings and advise on obstacles
- Run client workshops and present ideas to stakeholders
- Influence and negotiate to align client goals with technical plans
- Work on complex products involving UX, architecture, and scaling
- Travel nationally within the UK as required (approx. 8 days/month)
Principales exigences
- Expert in JavaScript development (Node.js, React, TypeScript)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client audiences
- Ability to run workshops and influence stakeholders
- Independent, multi-project management capability
- Adaptability to changing client priorities and obstacles
