In this leadership role, you will drive Operational Excellence across the Extrusion Europe fabrication network, guiding a multi-site team to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. You will align regional programs with business plans while ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous learning. Your focus will be on standardizing practices, advancing lean methodologies, and delivering measurable performance improvements. Responsabilités
- Lead and develop the OpEx fabrication team and regional development programs
- Coordinate cross-plant collaboration to support operational excellence initiatives
- Develop and maintain training materials, process specs, and equipment guidelines
- Monitor KPIs and report outcomes to management
- Ensure compliance with Hydro Quality System, HSE regulations, and SOPs
- Oversee best-practice development for safety, efficiency, quality, and environmental impact
- Foster knowledge transfer and continuous improvement culture across Extrusion Europe
- Engage with other Business Units and Hydro Extrusion experts for alignment
Principales exigences
- 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, metals, or industrial environments with international, cross-functional teams
- 5+ years in operational excellence, ideally in fabrication technologies across geographies
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies and successful multi-site projects
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related technical field
- MBA or Master’s degree considered an asset
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Process optimization, operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma), KPI management
