In this role you drive the global Megabrands superiority program, leading end-to-end portfolio assessment across markets and shaping a renovation roadmap to future-proof flagship brands. You’ll partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate insights into actions that improve in-market performance and capital allocation. You’ll also help build the no-alcohol beer pipeline, delivering high-impact, scalable solutions. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Conduct global Megabrands superiority assessments across markets and competitors
Lead cross-functional projects (insights, product development, brand marketing) delivering on-time renovations
Define 3-year plans and resource/capital allocation to implement renovations
Develop and roll out global scale solutions and governance for superiority pillars
Oversee global governance, ensuring local adoption and compliance with action standards
Lead capability-building via trainings and workshops for the global community
Support development of the no-alcohol beer pipeline, from concept to commercialization
Assess desirability, viability, and feasibility, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Coordinate with local zones to evaluate global scalability and launch sequencing

Principales exigences

5+ years in marketing, strategy, R&D, or innovation with global exposure
Strong understanding of FMCGs or beverage/alcohol industries
Experience leading cross-functional projects through a stage-gate process to market
MBA or exposure to corporate and agile/entrepreneurial settings
