Responsabilités
- Support clients through large-scale reinvention, reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences amid data, automation, and GenAI
- Lead and design enterprise change programs to sustain new ways of working as technology and AI evolve
- Collaborate with clients to define GenAI use across the organization with readiness, skills shifts, workforce impact, and governance
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change
- Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling seamless human-digital collaboration
- Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized journeys
- Use GenAI to accelerate delivery of change content, learning assets, and manager enablement while ensuring quality and impact
- Help clients build scalable, lasting change capabilities for ongoing adaptation
- Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships
- Be willing to travel as needed
Principales exigences
- Minimum 5 years of consulting practitioner experience
- Minimum 3 years of Organization Change Management experience
- Minimum 2 years in technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of Utilities industry experience
