In this role you partner with leadership and the People team to scale our global organization. You advise on people-related programs, policies, and programs across performance, development, culture, and engagement, working with COEs to shape the employee experience. You’ll analyze data to guide decisions and address complex global employee relations, contributing to a fast-growing, hybrid workplace culture. You will help build scalable people programs that support Datadog’s growth and mission.

Responsabilités

Partner with leadership on front-line people support and strategic initiatives
Advise on performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, training, culture, D&I, and engagement
Collaborate with COE to design programs enhancing the employee experience
Develop and refine People policies, guidelines, and programs with COE input
Provide data-driven analysis to leadership to guide people decisions
Assess development needs and implement solutions aligned with corporate strategy
Handle complex global employee relations issues with leadership on best practices

Principales exigences

5+ years as an HRBP or related HR role
Experience in fast-growing technology environments
Strong analytical and reporting skills
HRIS experience; Workday is a bonus
Cross-functional collaboration with first-line and senior leadership
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Knowledge of global employment practices
Clear, direct, approachable communication and strong customer service orientation
Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
