As Executive Support to the President of Europe and the Brussels government relations team, you enable seamless leadership operations in a fast-paced, cross-border setting. You will manage calendars, travel, expenses, and communications while supporting governance, budgets, and project work. You’ll craft executive-level briefing materials and coordinate large meetings and offsites, partnering with cross-functional teams across time zones. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling policymakers’ engagement and internal operations that protect TikTok’s integrity and growth.

Responsabilités

Manage the President's calendar, travel, appointments, and expenses with prioritization and discretion
Oversee inbox and communications support for the President
Plan and execute department-wide and cross-functional meetings, including offsites
Prepare and distribute agendas and materials for leadership events
Support the Chief of Staff with team operations, governance, budget, and project management
Assist with operational and office management tasks for the Brussels-based team
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy and regulatory initiatives
