Responsabilités

Plan, organize and direct manufacturing and maintenance operations to optimize asset use
Drive cost reductions through efficient use of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital
Ensure production schedules and product quality meet customer standards
Maintain safety, housekeeping, and incident-free work environment
Contribute to capital and expense project planning aligned with site and company strategy
Maintain and improve quality systems and HACCP compliance
Communicate across departments to align operations objectives with business goals
Support continuous improvement and KPI tracking with financial controls
Participate in HACCP meetings and uphold safety, environment, and QFS standards

Principales exigences

Master in Quality, environment and risk prevention in the workplace
HACCP training
Studies in Industrial / Chemical Technical Engineering or similar or other high-level professional institutes
At least two years of experience in similar positions
Value-added experience in the food industry with production process and industrial laboratory

team leadership strong communication safety-conscious mindset HACCP and quality system knowledge production planning and management capital and expense project planning
