As a Senior Engineer or Scientist, you apply systems engineering methods to design and deliver complex products. You work across cross-functional teams to define requirements, architecture, integration, analyses, configuration management, and risk management in the design phase. You may serve as an SME, mentoring colleagues and engaging customers during product definition and bids. You may lead technically and commercially sound projects, guiding teams from inception to delivery. You contribute to large, integrated programs while addressing regulatory, safety, and environmental considerations.

Responsabilités

Apply systems engineering methodologies across the design lifecycle
Define requirements, system architecture and integration plans
Perform analyses, configuration management, and risk management
Mentor and coach less experienced staff; act as SME in area of expertise
Engage with customers during product definition and bid processes
Lead or contribute to teams delivering technically and commercially sound products
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver large integrated projects
Adapt products to create infrastructure-level solutions for customer requests
Consider regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements in design and delivery

Principales exigences

Senior level experience in systems engineering or a related field
Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-discipline teams
Mentoring or coaching capabilities
Customer engagement experience during product definition or bids
Experience delivering large integrated projects
Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and environmental considerations in engineering
Strong coordination and project delivery skills
