In this role you will manage a diverse client portfolio within an international trust company, acting as the primary contact for clients and advisers. You will oversee financial and administrative tasks, drive timely reporting, and support the growth of Corporate Expansion Services. You’ll mentor junior staff and contribute to board discussions with clear financial insights. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape client service delivery and financial operations across borders.
Responsabilités
- Manage a client portfolio and be the main contact for clients, advisers, and accountants
- Maintain long-term client relationships and support client meetings
- Administer SPVs, prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports with variance and cash flow analysis
- Oversee year-end closing, review SPV accounts, and ensure accuracy
- Prepare VAT and CIT filings with external advisers
- Prepare statutory annual financial statements under Dutch GAAP/IFRS
- Coordinate local audits and address audit queries to meet timelines and budget
- Manage client bank accounts and payments
- Plan and organize work to ensure timely filing of records
- Mentor and motivate junior/medior team members and share knowledge
- Present annual accounts in board meetings
- Handle miscellaneous finance tasks as needed
Principales exigences
- Hands-on, proactive leadership experience
- Ability to manage ad hoc activities alongside daily work
- Strong prioritization, independence, and resilience under stress
- Proactive communication and questioning when needed
- Bachelor or Master in business administration or accounting
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Dutch GAAP/IFRS
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Independent and team-oriented work mentality
- Experience with accounting software
