As a Senior Designer, Layout at ADI’s Hearables and Wearables unit, you will independently craft high-performance IC layouts and mentor peers, shaping edge-processing solutions for wearable audio devices. You’ll tackle complex layout challenges, participate in timing and power optimizations, and influence architecture and process improvements. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge electronics and consumer products, offering impact through scalable, manufacturable designs.

Responsabilités

Handle diverse layout problems requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation
Work with minimal supervision on complex assignments
Mentor junior engineers on technical aspects and best practices
Represent the organization on key projects and initiatives
Independently design and implement complex integrated circuit layouts
Perform advanced timing extraction and static timing analysis
Evaluate process flows from vendor library analysis through power usage
Contribute to IC architecture decisions and process improvements

Principales exigences

Advanced Layout Expertise with broad application of layout principles
Technical Mastery in IC layout, CMOS technology, static timing analysis, power analysis, and EDA tools
Process Optimization to enhance performance, power, and manufacturability
Business Acumen understanding of objectives and market position
Team Communication to explain complex technical concepts
4+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
