Responsabilités

Data gathering, quality of earnings reports, and document preparation
Financial analysis and research of target companies
Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions
Client communication to ensure exceptional service
Participate in marketing and recruiting activities
Pursue professional development and firm-wide learning
Mentor and develop teammates through Baker Tilly Care and Teach
Build and nurture relationships with clients and community
Support engagement team growth and leadership development

Principales exigences

8+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services
Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related
CPA certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven analysis capability
Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to present analyses to management
Ability to collaborate with clients and team members at all levels
Comfort interacting with senior client personnel and supporting executive briefings
