In this Senior Product Designer role, you will shape the mobile marketplace experience for fans worldwide, from search to entry, within Ticketmaster’s global app. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate long-term vision into pixel-perfect designs that scale across markets. You’ll drive innovative, user-centered solutions and validate them through research, prototyping, and QA. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-traffic, B2C e-commerce experiences and contribute to a world-class live entertainment platform.

Responsabilités

Lead product design deliverables through the full project lifecycle using information architecture and interaction design.
Conduct user, market, usability, and competitive research as needed.
Map user journeys, flows, and decision points; produce clear vision documentation.
Create storyboards, prototypes, and interactive assets with minimal supervision.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Perform internal QA to ensure adherence to design specifications.
Collaborate with Analytics and Product Management to inform measurable UX decisions.
Translate long-term business goals into compelling design solutions.

Principales exigences

Strong grounding in digital product design (UX, UI, mobile).
Proven ability to deliver innovative, strong design solutions.
Full proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
Experience with pattern libraries and design systems.
Experience with mobile applications and high-traffic B2C properties.
Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows and prototyping.
Understanding of technologies for interactive experiences (Swift, CSS, React).
Experience with usability testing and reporting is beneficial.
