Responsabilités
- Lead and contribute to challenging R&D projects delivering innovative high-voltage solutions
- Guide project portfolios and shape technology strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Tackle complex engineering tasks using advanced methods to produce impactful results
- Take on project leadership or critical team roles while mentoring junior colleagues
- Stay current with field trends and drive improvements in operations and customer satisfaction
- Act as subject-matter expert, sharing knowledge to foster collaboration and innovation
- Support business operations and customers as a technical ambassador in forums
- Contribute to IP strategy, identify risks, and assist in risk management for R&D projects
Principales exigences
- Master in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–10 years in R&D or engineering, preferably in high voltage equipment
- Strong design and development experience with high voltage components (bushing experience advantageous)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Understanding of business processes and R&D environments
- Proven project management experience and cross-functional collaboration
- Basic understanding of IP considerations in R&D
